Jo raises Health Awareness at local school

Jo visited the High School of Glasgow Junior School today to speak to pupils as part of their Health Awareness Day to promote healthy living, eating and exercise.

The school organised a range of events for pupils, from a hip hop dance to a healthy barbecue, and pupils were able to put their questions on healthy living to Jo Swinson.

Commenting, Jo said:

"This was a great day, and it was clear that the school went to great lengths to make it both fun and educational. The children asked me questions on all sorts of issues from healthy eating to the future of Allander Leisure. They were very enthusiastic and were obviously very engaged with the idea of healthy living, which is fantastic."
